The Peak headquarters, a 6000’ aircraft hangar located on the Bert Mooney Airport in Butte Montana, has a rappelling deck, rock and ice climbing wall, office space, and a 32-person classroom. It is available for use as a tactical operations center, exercise headquarters, or training facility. We also have access to another 10000’ hangar, located adjacent to the Peak’s hangar, with 3000’ of office/classroom space. Although we will conduct our training in any location worldwide, we established our headquarters in Southwest Montana to take advantage of a wide variety of terrain, altitude, and unparalleled access to some of the most challenging environments in the country. Within an hour’s drive from our hangar, we can conduct mountaineering, ATV, snowmobile, high-angle shooting, rock climbing, high altitude diving, pack horse, and swift water rescue training. There are areas that are dense to scarcely vegetated, rivers and streams, and flat to mountainous terrain. All of which are subject to extreme temperature fluctuations. The diverse environment will further challenge your unit by forcing them to adapt mentally and physically while working in similar terrain/altitudes to those they may encounter on a deployment.
